# uktax.lol

> Published UK government finance figures. Each figure is one series from one file. They are not added together.

uktax.lol is a ledger of official UK public money, run by Aaron Gammon / Inferrex. It is not a tax-advice site and it does not estimate a total by adding incompatible books.

## Rules

- Total expenditure on services (TES) is not total managed expenditure (TME).
- HM Revenue and Customs cash receipts are not Office for National Statistics Appendix D.
- Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority claimed spend is not the Register of Members' Financial Interests received.
- A ministerial visit is not a verdict.
- Catalogue unit prices stay empty until a real invoice or NHS Supply Chain file is booked.
- Office for Budget Responsibility Economic and fiscal outlook figures are forecast only. They are not an outturn.

## Series codes

Figures live in snapshot.json. Do not copy a pound amount from this file.

- JW2O — public sector current receipts
- AHHY — taxes and National Insurance, inside JW2O, not added to it
- J5II — public sector net borrowing
- TES — public sector expenditure on services (PESA chapter 5). Not TME.
